Elbasan Police has executed the order of the Elbasan court that has imposed the seizure measure for the assets of Gentian Sharra and his father, Mustafa Sharra, as announced Friday. 

Gentian Sharra was arrested as part of the "Golden Bullet" operation, after the confession made to investigators by Nuredin Dumani, penitent of justice. 

However, Gentian Sharra is charged with a number of criminal offenses, as well as robbery in Rinas, while the operation carried out by the RENEA special forces on Thursday evening, June 9, was codenamed "Illegal assets".

From the Section for Investigation of Economic and Financial Crime in DVP Elbasan, pursuant to the decision of the Court, were seized: 

-1 luxury villa in Katund i Ri neighborhood, Elbasan, fason business and arable land; 

-Land and building, with an area of ??120 m2, in the neighborhood Katund i Ri, Elbasan, owned by Gentian Sharra; 

- Arable land with an area of ??15680 m2 and a building with an area of ??119.8 m2, in the neighborhood Katund i Ri, Elbasan, owned by citizens Mustafa Sharra and Gentian Sharra; 

- Arable land with an area of ??3533 m2, in the neighborhood Katund i Ri, Elbasan, owned by Mustafa Sharra and Gentian Sharra; 

-Arable land with an area of ??4170 m2, in the neighborhood Katund i Ri, Elbasan, owned by Gentian Sharra; 

-Arable land with an area of ??4050 m2, in the neighborhood Katund i Ri, Elbasan, owned by Mustafa Sharra. 

- Arable land with an area of ??3533 m2, land with an area of ??208.1 m2 and a building, in the neighborhood Katund i Ri, Elbasan, owned by Gentian Sharra. 

-Property land with an area of ??394 m2, in the neighborhood Katund i Ri, Elbasan, owned by Mustafa Sharra and Gentian Sharra. 

Furthermore, 4 vehicles owned by Gentian Sharra and his family were seized.
