German Tourists Stranded at Sea Rescued by Police

The Border Police has rescued two German tourists who risked drowning in the waters at Kroreza beach. 

According to the police, it was learned that the 2 German tourists were in danger of drowning, as the canoes they were sailing in were filled with water due to high waves. 

Saranda Border Police Services, immediately after the announcement that 2 citizens who were sailing in a canoe, were in danger of drowning due to high waves, immediately started the search, together with the Maritime Police Unit. 

During the search in unfavourable conditions, due to high waves, the Police services have located on the beach of Kroreza, the 2 German citizens who were stranded in the sea after their boats were filled with water. 

The Police Services brought the 2 canoes and the 2 German citizens ashore. They are in good health and have thanked the police for the help they provided.
