The Minister of Economy, Culture, and Innovation, Blendi Gonxhja, called on all investors and technology enthusiasts to become part of the DURANA Technological Park of Albania. Gonxhja said that, in record time, the Ministry of Economy finalized a process that required courage and was expected for years, completing the documentation and proposing to the Council of Ministers the historic decision to make the first technological and scientific park a reality Albanian.

According to him, the Albanian Investment Corporation (AIC), in the role of the public developer of "DURANA Tech Park", with the exclusive status of the fiscal regime and with One Stop Shop facilitating administration, will start the competitive procedure to choose the Manager and Users of the Park.

DURANA Tech Park offers incentive advantages, financial and administrative, for IT companies and digital nomads. This oasis of innovation is strategically located between the cities of Tirana and Durrës, on an initial surface of 140,400 square meters in the area of Xhafzotaj.

This center, which will continue to expand in size, will revolutionize the landscape of the technology scene, offering a range of opportunities from software design to robotics research.

"With the support of the Albanian government, we are not only dealing with a park or physical space but with a gateway to endless possibilities," said Gonxhja.
