Greece has adopted a new regulation for immigrants, including Albania.

According to it, the immigrants will not be allowed to enter the Greek territory without staying permition.

The new regulation enters in force on March 30. According to it, prior this date, all Albanian immigrants should turn back to Greece or they will not be allowed anymore.

"All immigrants living in Greece and waiting for a residence permit can travel to their home countries only with a residence permit. If you are waiting for a residence permit and you have the confirmation in hand, you cannot even travel to your country after March 30, 2024. Do not make the mistake of traveling, because entry will not be allowed. The same applies to all those outside Greece today. They must have returned by March 30, otherwise they will not be allowed to enter," says a statement made public in the media.
