The Chairman of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party, Taulant Balla, has shared on social networks a congratulatory message on the 31st anniversary of the establishment of the SP. 

Balla has expressed his gratitude to the courageous founders and all the contributors over the years, who gave Albania the greatest, most patriotic, always open, always progressive and modern political force, which promotes in Albania the best social values- European democrats.
