Head of Saranda Prosecution Suspended on Passive Corruption Charges

The Court against Corruption suspended from duty this Thursday the head of Prosecution of Saranda, Kledian Llaho.

He is accused for passive corruption, while he recently is being discussed even in the High Prosecutorial Council for an administrative measure required against him.

According to court, Llaho is suspected of having committed acts of a corrupt nature, seeking irregular material benefits, from which his father-in-law, citizen. V.GJ, would directly benefit, and there are suspicions of unlawful actions also in relation to other persons. 

"Magistrate K.Ll, in his capacity as prosecutor of criminal case, no. 774/2021 and that with no. 720/2024, is suspected of having abused his function," says court.
