Try to avoid Librazh-Elbasan road-axis this Sunday evening, as the traffic is unpassable. 

Road police informed that the situation is chaotic is  Hotolisht, Mirake, Labinot and Elbasan. 

Hundreds of vehicles were stopped and are still in traffic despite the fact that they travelled from Korca since 15:00 pm.
