The Independent Qualification Committee discharged Monday the prosecutor of Vlora, Xhemal Saliaj.

The decision, reasoned in writing, by the panel chaired by Alma Faskaj, Pamela Qirko relator, Xhensila Pine member will be notified to the subject of the revaluation, the Public Commissioner and international observers within 30 days.

This decision can be appealed to the Special Appeals Board by the subject of reassessment and/or the Public Commissioner 15 days from the date of notification of the Commission's decision. The appeal is filed with the Independent Qualification Commission.
