From unit number five in the capital, where he presented the electoral program, the candidate of the “Together We Win" coalition, Belind Kelliçi, declared that he will not allow the demolition of 50-year-old buildings.

He said that he will form an audit commission in order to verify once again whether all the buildings are safe or not. 

"The 50-year-old buildings will not collapse! Together, all of us, we will demolish the system they have set up, which destroys your apartment buildings in order to erect their apartment buildings. You have it in your hand. Get him out of town or he'll get you out of the house! The change is in your hands!", said Kelliçi.

Kelliçi also promised that if he wins, the focus of his work will be to reduce the cost of living in Tirana. He mentioned his promise of free urban transport.

"My solemn promise in this campaign is that I will reduce the cost of living in Tirana. High rents, the price of apartments is very high", he said.

Kelliçi promised a new school for unit 5 in Tirana but also the reduction of taxes and local fees
