An unprecedented event took place in Deçan, Kosovo, where a teacher was filmed kissing a seventh-grade student on the lips.

Kosovo media reported that the incident took place at the "Lidhja e Prizren" school in Deçan.

The event happened on Friday and it was filmed by phone, secretly through the classroom door, while the teacher with the initials V.S., was immediately suspended from work for six months.

Meanwhile, the news was confirmed by the director of Education in the municipality of Deçan, Besnik Hulaj.

"He has been suspended for six months, and will be referred to the disciplinary committee", said Hulaj.

In the video, the teacher can be seen talking to the student for a few moments and then kissing her on the lips, which has caused great indignation in the media, where such an event is considered a scandal.
