Albanians have beautiful country that has been “blessed by God”, but misuse and irresponsibility have polluted the environment, making it often dangerous to the people, pointed out Sunday the Chairwoman of Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI) Monika Kryemadhi.

Through a social networks statement, SMI’s Chair said that this pollution of the environment has caused a missed opportunity for tourism as she promised to protect and return to normalcy the environment, land, water and air from pollution and irresponsible industrial development.

Moreover, Kryemadhi vowed her party will support green energy and anyone who turns to solar panels for home use.

“Albanians live in a beautiful place and blessed by God, with noble mountains, fields, sea and air like no other.

But, misuse and irresponsibility have polluted the environment making it often dangerous for people’s lives and a missing opportunity for tourism.

We will reform energy conservation standards in construction and anti-seismic ones, to make buildings safer and less expensive for Albanians.

We will establish a rigorous control over the quality of fuels and we will achieve a significant reduction of their cost to about 20% by removing the circulation tax”, SMI’s Head underlined among other things.
