In a press conference one day after the arrest of her husband, the Member of Parliament, Monika Kryemadhi said that the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) lies when says that the couple spent 106.000 euro for plastic surgeries. 

According to Kryemadhi, when their daughter was 6 years old, had urgent health issues and the doctors that need immediate intervention, adding that the money were used for health problems.

Kryemadhi said that Meta doesn't know anything as he never paid a thing, everything was made by her. 

"Meta did not buy even a bottle of water. I made all the payments, I even took his salary on the bank" said Kryemadhi.
