Maks Haxhia, the lawyer of the former Minister of Interior, Saimir Tahiri, revealed through a communication to the media details about the court's decision to release the former minister of the interior.

He has dependent children and a wife who is in poor health, she suffers from an illness that when she has seizures, it is impossible for her to take care of the children. 

The court examined these conditions and decided for him to stay at home. The conditions are defined that will be available for probationary service. These are conditions that the court itself has cited, and the evidence service will be in Tirana, through telephone or physical contact. He can move abroad if he has important family problems. The law says that any interested person should refer to forensic medicine in the function of a process, Tahiri himself has no health problems", he said.
