Police informed Wednesday that the lawyer of former Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, Sokol Mengjesi was attacked while he was sending his children to the kindergarten.

So far it was learned that he was hit with metallic gloves, that caused to him many injured on the head and body. 

He is actually the lawyer of Berisha in his case with the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) for the 'Partizani' case.

But in fact, Berisha is not his only client. Mengjesi is also the lawyer of Mirel Mertiri under accuse for the incinerator of Tirana.
