The "Mafia" affair is proving the powerlessness of the rule of law, which is occupied, violated and enveloped by a hybrid regime. The state is a logistics of criminals, mobsters and drug cartels of Balkan and European caliber. This was stated at today's press conference of the Deputy Chairman of VMRO-DPMNE Aleksandar Nikoloski, where he presented new criminal names to whom the North Macedonian Ministry of Interior was given passports with false identities.

"There is no citizen who believes in the tale that a mafia boss received a legal passport with a stolen or fake identity from ordinary employees in the Ministry of Interior. Such a crime is possible at least with the knowledge of the superior who was directly appointed by Oliver Spasovski. The goal is for the small fish to respond to save the big ones, but this part is the first. 

Just open the media reports from 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 to see how all Balkan media have reported on these cases. How is it possible for someone to serve a prison sentence in a neighboring country for a Macedonian passport whose identity has been changed with the "amen" of the government, and in Macedonia, there is no reaction?

According to the government, the investigation was opened in February 2019, so the logical question is how it is possible that a year later, on January 29, 2020, a Montenegrin killer was photographed with a Macedonian passport and went to Ukraine to kill, where he was caught with a Macedonian passport?" asks Nikoloski. 

He reveals that VMRO DPMNE has received new documents for passports of criminal structures, about which he talked today and informed the public. 

"I ask public questions, has the Ministry of Interior issued a passport to the leader of a well-known drug cartel from Albania? Interior Ministry in regular procedure on 17.07.2019 has issued a Macedonian passport number C1265083 to the head of the drug clan from Albania, Florjan Musaj with a borrowed identity as Naum Filo born on 22.01.1986. 

I urge the media to investigate in detail who this man is and what he represents. Just some information. Musaj became famous in 2018 when 91 kilograms of cocaine worth 20 million euros and a large structure of traffickers in these countries were discovered against his narco cartel in international action with cooperation between the police services of Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Albania," stated Nikolloski.

According to the information we receivedm Musaj, after receiving the Macedonian passport in 2019, has traveled smoothly through several European countries to reach South America in October 2019. Musaj, using the Macedonian passport with a borrowed identity named Naum Filo, most likely has traveled to several countries in Europe and South America. 

"The second indication we have is that a Macedonian passport is also held by Stefan Djukic, who is suspected of attempting to assassinate one of the leaders of the so-called Kavak Clan, the assassination attempt took place in Kiev, Ukraine, and his name is Radoje Switzerland. Stefan Djukic had a Macedonian passport with the name Gergji Kace. So a man whom the media calls the paid killer of the Kavak clan had a Macedonian passport issued by the Interior Ministry," said Nikolloski.

The real question is why these passports, some issued in 2017, were silent by the government until the opening of the "Mafia" case by VMRO-DPMNE? 

"Why didn't the Interior Ministry react when Jovan Vukotic was convicted in Belgrade of possessing a Macedonian passport with a false identity? 

How is it possible for Sedat Packer, who according to the Interior Ministry was deported, to take a photo at the Skopje police station for an identity card and passport four days after the deportation? 

Why has no one from the Interior Ministry issued an order for any of these mafia bosses and why only small fish fall for abuse in order to protect the big fish? The answer is because the mafia is in power. 

And finally, why does the Ministry of Interior doesn't check what bank accounts these people have in the country? Has money been laundered by these people? Why aren't people from the government who were photographed with some of these narco bosses called in for a chat? 

This is a disgrace to the country. This must end with resignation and responsibility. The Mafia is high in power. While the people were dying in bank loans, fighting for their lives, the government was giving logistics to the mafia. This is the future with Zaev, the mafia instead of Europe. That is why resignations are needed today and immediately." stated Nikolloski.
