Prime Minister Edi Rama commemorated Sunday the 76th anniversary of the Liberation of Albania with the verses of Qemal Stafa, through a Facebook status. 

Next to the photo of Qemal Stafa are his wise words, as Rama describes them: "The old is collapsing, times are changing, a new life is flourishing in ruins". 

Qemal Stafa was a co-founder of the Communist Group of Shkodra, member of the party's founding meeting, member of the Central Committee and political secretary of the youth. 

Also a writer of poems and literary essays under the pseudonym Brutus, which were summarized in the volume "Autumn Reprimands". The day of his assassination has been used as a symbol to commemorate Martyrs' Day.
