An Albanian, Jani Alia, identified as the perpetrator of the murder of Elton Çiça in 2016 has been arrested in Greece.

Alia killed Cico in a bar in capital, when he was accompanied by a police officer and a journalist.

The debates between the two started when Alia killed the friend of Cica. The last promised to kill him, in the name of his friend, but Alia did this first.

Both clashed inside Greek prison, when they were arrested, one for murder and the other for drugs.
