The Mayor of Shkodra, Benet Beci, appeared this Friday at the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK). 

He stayed there for over 40 minutes, but preferred not to speak at the end and avoided comments for the media.

Beci only said that he will speak on the right moment, while rumours say that he deposited his resignation to the Prime Minister, Edi Rama, but this news is not confirmed yet.
