The former president, Ilir Meta, testified Tuesday at the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK), as a person under investigation for money laundry and concealment of incomes. 

He is suspected for the case CEZ-DIA and lobbying in the USA.  

According to his lawyer, Genc Gjokatuaj, the former president on the other side, required information for the procedures of his arrest on October 21. While on the other side, he required by the High Court to remove the security measure 'arrest in prison'.
