Albania's acting Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Gent Cakaj, held a virtual meeting on Monday with Congressman Eliot Engel.

As Cakaj statedm Congressman Engel assured him that he would work closely with the Biden Administration to give due attention to Kosovo, Albania and the Albanians.

Engel also affirmed that Kosovo and Albania will always have a special place in his heart.

Cakaj further expressed gratitude for everything that the Congressman has done so far, from the opposition of the Milosevic regime, to the support of the Albanian Presidency of the OSCE.
