Minister of Health and Social Protection, Ogerta Manastirliu, together with the Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, have visited the Dibër Regional Hospital, where the project for the rehabilitation of the hospital, a major investment for health in the district of Dibër, was presented. 

"Part of the hospital plan is the complete rehabilitation of the Dibër Regional Hospital, a hospital which in the next 2 years will have European infrastructure parameters, making it possible for us to have a hospital which integrates in a unique structure the service of pediatrics, the obstetric-gynecological service and the entire infrastructure, starting from imaging, to the laboratory, the pathology service, surgery, the operating block and resuscitation", Manastirliu emphasized. 

Minister Manastirliu also spoke about the historic salary increase for specialist doctors, family doctors and nurses, which comes into effect today. 

Appreciating the work of the health workers in this district, Deputy Prime Minister Balluku said that this investment is very important for the citizens of this district.
