Albania’s Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhaçka has strongly condemned Thursday the start of the Russian occupation of Ukraine, which she says is an unprovoked attack.

On a social media reaction, the Albanian Foreign Minister said that the attack puts at risk the lives of millions of innocent people, undermines the foundations of the international order and violates the UN Charter.

“Albania strongly condemns Russia's unprovoked military attack on Ukraine. This attack endangers the lives of millions of innocent people, undermines the foundations of the international order and violates the UN Charter”, tweeted Xhaçka.
