Albania's Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhaçka has underlined Monday that Albania is committed to the values ??of multilateralism and world order based on rules. 

On United Nations Day, which marks the anniversary of the entry into force in 1945 of the UN Charter, Xhaçka declared that the world remembers the importance of this unique organization and its extraordinary contribution to maintaining peace and security. 

"Today is the international day of the United Nations! Today, more than ever, the world is reminded of the importance of this unique organization and its extraordinary contribution to maintaining peace and security. Albania is committed to the values ??of multilateralism and the rules-based world order and will work with all allies and partners to contribute to a stronger and more effective UN", said Xhaçka oon the social networks. 

However, with the ratification of the UN Charter by the majority of its signatories, including the five permanent members of the Security Council, the United Nations officially came into being.
