The Inert businessman, Rruzhdi Hoxha is found killed. The 43-year-old, father of two, had been missing for two weeks. He was the owner of an inert business near Kamza. The dead body of the 43-year-old was found in an abyss at the 'Mali me Gropa'. 

Investigators followed the route of Rruzhdi Hoxha's vehicle. Initially, a sweatshirt with blood stains was found and based on this, the search continued with a search dog, until FNSH and dozens of Tirana forces reached the body of the victim. Sources said the victim's body showed signs of violence. 

The denunciation of his disappearance was made by his brother in police station number 5 on October 24. As reported, Hoxha had been drinking coffee somewhere near the Tirana-Durrës highway after being called by his friend, Ferdinand Rrushi and they moved with his car in the direction of Zall Herri. 

It is learned that after the denunciation, the police accompanied his friend, as he is being held on behalf of the Italian justice, which is looking for drug cases. Rrushi had the last meeting with the 43-year-old. 

“On 24.10.2021, the citizen S.H. made a report to the Police Commissariat No. 5, that on 20.10.2021, around 23:00, his father, citizen Ruzhdi Hoxha, 43 years old, resident in Paskuqan, left the apartment and since then they have not had contact with him. 

Immediately after the denunciation received, the Sector for Investigation of Serious Crimes against Life and Property in Tirana, in cooperation with the investigative structures of the Police Commissariat No. 5, have maximally evaluated the denunciation by verifying any information and have conducted searches and inspections in the premises of different countries. 

Additional procedural actions were sent to the Prosecution and on their basis was registered the criminal proceeding No. 7713, dated 27.10.2021, for the criminal offense "Kidnapping or holding hostage of a person". 

From the structures of Tirana, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office of the Tirana Judicial District, the uninterrupted work continues to find the citizen Ruzhdi Hoxha, as well as to identify and apprehend the perpetrators", announced the police a day ago.
