Police of Saranda reacted this Wednesday to the discovery of bone remains, which are in the process of decomposition in the village of Xarrë. 

Authorities said the remains will be sent for further examination to the Scientific Police Institute to identify who they belong to. 

"Yesterday evening, in the village of Xarrë, near the village cemetery, human bone remains were found, in the process of decomposition. 

The skeletal remains will be sent to the Scientific Police Institute for further examination. 

The investigative group under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Sarandë is continuing the work to identify the citizen to whom these bone remains belong, as well as clarifying and fully documenting this case", underlined the police.
