Odise Mocka is the new State Attorney General. He was appointed during the last meeting of the Council of Minister after the dismissal of Brunilda Lilo. The decision was taken at Wednesday's government meeting and enters into force immediately.

RELEASE AND APPOINTMENT OF THE GENERAL STATE ATTORNEY 

Pursuant to Article 100 of the Constitution and Articles 21, point 1, 26, point 5, letter "a", of Law no. 10018, dated 13.11.2008, "On the State Advocacy", as amended, on the proposal of the Prime Minister , Council of ministers decided: 

Mrs. Brunilda Lilo, General State Attorney, is relieved of this duty. 
Mr. Odise Moçka is appointed State Attorney General. 
Decision enters into force immediately.
