New Ministers Take Oaths of Office at Presidency
New ministers, Arbjan Mazniku, Albana Koçiu, Igli Hasani, Ogerta Manastirliu and Anila Denaj are taking their oaths of office this Tuesday in the Presidency.
On Monday, the new ministers' decrees were approved in the Assembly during a special plenary session.
Arbjan Mazniku proposed as Minister of State for Local Government received 73 votes in favor, 35 against and no abstentions.
Albana Koçiu, proposed for the position of Minister of Health and Social Welfare, received 73 votes in favor, 1 abstention and 32 against.
Igli Hasani, proposed by Rama for the position of Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs secured 74 votes in favor, 33 against and no abstentions.
Ogerta Manastirliu, proposed for the position of Minister of Education and Sports, received 72 votes in favor, 35 against and one abstention.
On the other hand, Anila Denaj, proposed for the position of Minister of Agriculture and Development secured 73 votes in favor, 27 against and no abstentions.
Pproposal of new ministers was made a few days ago by Prime Minister Edi Rama.
