No More 'Borders Controls' Between Albania and Kosovo

Starting from this Thursday, the citizens of Albania and Kosovo, can move from the two states without border's controls.

Interior Minister, Taulant Balla and his counterpart of Kosovo, Xhelal Zvecla informed that the free movement on the borders between the two states entered in force.

"Today begins the implementation of the free regime of local border traffic in the space of 30 km from both sides of the border between Albania and Kosovo, at the special points of the border crossing. While at the Border Points of Morina and Vermica there will be dedicated lanes for easy crossing of the border", said Minister Balla.
