The historical leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha will be investigated while in freedom. 

The Court against Corruption refused the request of the Special Prosecution against Corruption to give another security measure 'House arrest' against him, over 'Partizani' case.

But on the other side, Berisha has the obligation to appear in front of the prosecutors twice a month.

This decision was objected by Berisha's lawyers.
