Those who were excluded physically clashed with guards outside the building, while those who were inside throw chairs and other objects towards the podium as a sign of protest.

A tense moment was caused when the democrat MP, Elda Hoti threw a substance that was accused to be fuel inside the Parliament, but she refused saying that is only a perfume.

Immediately she was banned to continue and stay inside, as the Parliament Speaker, Elisa Spiropali said that she will face criminal charges at the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK).

Supporting the speaker, even the Interior Minister, Ervin Hoxha said that all the MPs that violate law, will face criminal charges.
