Citizen Orest Kalo, 41 years old, owner of the "Mercedes" vehicle, in which the three minors who were involved in the accident on the Stjar-Bajkaj road axis were traveling, has been arrested by the police.

Driver of the vehicle, 14-year-old Orges Kalo, is being prosecuted at large.

The teenagers who had an accident on Tuesday evening, have been admitted to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana for specialized treatment.

Frenki Hamiti, 13 years old, and Orges Kalo, 14 years old, were sent by ambulance at midnight.

Meanwhile, 14-year-old Arjol Dervishaj, the boy who had the worst accident, was transported by helicopter on Wednesday morning to the Trauma Hospital.
