The Central Election Commission has given the mandate of the MP to Pandeli Majko, who will replace the interrupted mandate of Alqi Bllako. The latter was arrested on charges of corruption and abuse of office in what is considered the incinerators' affair. 

We recall that Majko submitted the decriminalization form to the Central Election Commission earlier this Monday morning. 

Pandeli Majko left the Parliament after the April 25th parliamentary elections because he failed to collect the necessary votes to break the quotient, thus he was out of the winning list.
