This year, the program also included a dedicated a special training about leadership, delivered online in collaboration with the University of Oxford.

“One Albania’s mission is not only to attract the best talent in the country, but also to support employees in their career development. For ten years, through One Business Academy, we have created a space where our employees can go beyond their daily roles, gain a broader understanding of the business and bring new ideas to the company. This program represents a continuous investment in the expertise we build within One Albania. It is this expertise that helps us better prepare for changes in the market and in customer needs,” said One Albania’s Chief HR Officer, Irida Bonati.

This year’s participants, divided into five teams, developed proposals in areas that directly affect the company’s future, ranging from technology and digital services to customer care and business solutions. The Best Group award went to the team that developed the E-Kiosk project, an idea-built step by step during the Academy that aims to make the customer experience simpler, faster and more efficient.

This year’s edition also marked an important milestone for One Business Academy. Over the past decade, more than 350 One Albania employees have graduated from the program, creating a well-established tradition of professional development within the company.

The knowledge and experience gained during the Academy are then applied across various One Albania projects and initiatives. In this way, investing in people translates into stronger expertise within the company and a meaningful advantage in an increasingly competitive market.
