US Ambassador to Albania, Yuri Kim, reminds the Socialist Party and its leader, Edi Rama decision of the US Department of State that has decided months ago to ban the entry into the United State of Tom Doshi for corruption.

As Albanian leaders are discussing the candidate names to run in April 25 elections, US diplomat says that citizens deserve better than this.

"As Albania's election authorities prepare elections, it is worth recalling this designation, which was made by the US Secretary of State after careful review of information. Surely, Albania's voters deserve better than this," says Kim.

She even posted the decision of the Department:

"The US Department of State is publicly designating Albania Member of Parliament Tom Doshi under Section 7031(c) of the FY 2017 Consolidated Appropriations Act, making him ineligible for entry into the United States, due to his involvement in significant corruption".
