The Government of Kosovo has approved the draft decision to increase the pension schemes. The Minister of Finance, Hekuran Murati, said that no pension will be below EUR 100. 

The Minister said that from now on this increase will be permanent and that these categories will no longer have a pension below EUR 100. This proposal received full approval from members of the Government.

"Once we received the mandate within the Economic Revival Package, we had decided that by the end of 2021 no pension would be below 100 euros, and this included four categories: basic pensions worth 90 euros, disability pensions limited 75 euros, family pension 90, and invalidity work pension 90 euros. So, we have applied supplements for these categories so that they are not under 100 euros within the Revival Package ", said Murati.
