One day after Kosovo celebrated the 15th anniversary of independence, Prime Minister Edi Rama and his counterpart Albin Kurti met in Germany. 

The news was announced by the head of the Albanian government himself, through a post on Facebook. 

Rama did not prefer to comment on the meeting, while accompanying the photo with the flags of two countries and a heart in the middle.
