Prime Minister Edi Rama participated this Wednesday in the Iftar served for Muslim believers on the occasion of the month of Ramadan in the capital. 

Prime Minister was seen sitting at the table, next to his wife, Linda. This marks the first appearance of the head of government after leaving the hospital. 

During her speech, Linda Rama also mentioned the Prime Minister's surgery for appendicitis while expressing her thanks to the doctors and nurses who took care of him.

Two days ago, the prime minister interrupted his political engagements after undergoing a surgical intervention at the Mother Teresa University Hospital Center, while he was diagnosed with acute appendicitis. Apparently, he is now better and ready to continue where he left off the electoral campaign for the May 14 elections.
