Director of Tirana Police, Tonin Vocaj gave details this Monday over the shooting by a police officer in Tirana, where a 45-year-old man remained injured.

According to Vocaj, results that the police officer did not want to kill the man, because he shot him on the legs.

He informed that had a conversation with him, in a tentative to force him to surrender.

Vocaj added that fortunately the injured is not in a life danger while he added that the perpetrator is in a grave mental condition.
