The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has revealed details of the meeting between her, Prime Minister Kurti and US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken. 

Osmani and Kurti met with Secretary Blinken in Washington, where they are attending Madeliene Albright's funeral. 

"During the ceremony in honor of Secretary Madeleine Albright, we had the opportunity to meet with Secretary of State Anthony Blinken. We thanked him for the extraordinary contribution of the United States of America in strengthening the statehood of Kosovo, as well as for the leadership shown by the United States at a time when peace and democracy in Europe are being violated again. Continued support and shared values are the strongest guarantees of unwavering friendship with the United States," he added. /
