President of the Republic, Ilir Meta gives a message on the International Day of Peace, where he emphasizes that on this day should be honoured the unforgettable memory of the Martyrs of the Fatherland, Captain Feti Vogli, Major Klodjan Tanushi and Lieutenant Zarife Hasanaj.

Through a social media message, Meta emphasizes that as a NATO member, Albania must continue with dignity, commitment and contribution to maintaining peace, security and stability in the region and elsewhere.

On the International Day of Peace, we honour today the unforgettable memory of the Martyrs of the Homeland, Captain Feti Vogli, Major Klodjan Tanushi and Lieutenant Zarife Hasanaj, who fell on duty, in military missions abroad, for a world of peace and security.

As a member of NATO, Albania must continue with dignity, commitment and contribution to the maintenance of peace, security and stability in the region and elsewhere, setting first of all its example for the preservation of values ​​and principles, which represents this Alliance, at the heart of which is democracy.
