President of the Republic, Ilir Meta, has expressed his great sorrow for the death of his friend, Socialist MP Bashkim Fino.

Socialist MP died this Monday after suffering from Covid-19. While describing him as a very precious person, President Meta prayed that may his soul rest in peace.

"The sudden death of a friend, colleague, moderate politician and Prime Minister of National Reconciliation in the following year 1997, the active citizen and the exemplary family person, Bashkim Fino, shocked us all this morning.
