Prime Minister Edi Rama started his speech at the ceremony for former American President Bill Clinton with an assessment of his figure. 

Rama said that he read and listened to his speeches before entering political life because of his extraordinary taste for a better world, adding that Clinton is one of the best orators that history has known. 

"It has never been more difficult for me than when I prepare to speak here now knowing that after me a man will take the floor whose speeches I have seen, listened to and read about before entering political life extraordinary journey towards a better world. 

In the wings of his passion in the search for an Ithaca of peace, prosperity and love among people where the road is the very goal of all efforts.
