The Kosovo Intelligence Agency (KIA) made public through its website an invitation sent by the Office of the Specialized Prosecutor to Mr. Burim Ramadani - Inspector General in KIA.

KIA announces the public opinion that the Office of the Specialized Prosecutor has sent a witness summon to Ramadani.

The summons states that Mr. Ramadani is ordered to appear as a witness for questioning by the Special Prosecutor's Office on the due date, and in the summons he was asked to “provide details about his physical and geographical location during the war, and provide documentation including photographs and other data from the period from 1 January 1998 to 31 December 2000”.

Further, the announcement states that, Mr. Ramadan is fully aware of the legal obligations in such cases, as well as believes that this is a technical error and as such will be clarified further.
