The renown poet Jorgo Papingji passed away this Thursday evening age 81.

The news was made public by his family.

Papingji was one of the renown poets of the Albanian music. Through the texts of his music, he could create a very special artistic profile.

He wrote the texts of more than 4000 songs in Albania and also participated in the European Festival of music on 2014. 

He gained the tittle 'the great master'.
