Professor Thanas Fureraj, who served for 39 years in the Endocrinology service at QSUT, has passed away. 

The news was announced by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection through a post on social network. 

"Prof. Thanas Fureraj served with dedication and high professionalism for 39 consecutive years to the many citizens who were treated in the Endocrinology service at QSUT. His death will leave an irreplaceable void for his family, colleagues, students and friends. Rest in peace!", it is stated in the announcement.
