Loud music continues to be a concern for citizens and vacationers on the coast. As a result, it is learned that the managers of two bars in Saranda have been criminally prosecuted for the criminal offense of "Disturbance of public peace". 

Therefore, the Police seized as material evidence the equipment that generated the music. 

"As a result of checks carried out during the evening and at night, by the services of the Saranda Police Station, in various entities in the urban area and in the coastal area, to verify the implementation of the law on the schedule and level of music, 2 other cases of illegalities in this field. 

For these cases, the materials have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings have started in free status for the managers of 2 bars, citizens, 38 years old, resident in Tirana and 41 years old, resident in Saranda, for the criminal offense of "Disturbance of public peace". 

Also, the Police seized as material evidence the equipment that generated the music. 

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Sarandë, for further actions," the police said.
