An elderly woman died late on Sunday in Saranda as she fell to her death from a fourth floor of her flat.

The victim, later identified as Sofia Adhami, was an 80-year-old woman, and police confirmed that she passed away immediately. 

She lived together with her son, who was not in the apartment at the time of the incident.
