An official of the Department of Urban Planning of the Municipality of Saranda was accompanied to the police, as reported late on Thursday evening. 

Preliminary information suggests that the order was given by the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK), but details about the operation are not yet known. 

This operation for the detention of urban planning official Ariel Balani was carried out by the Operational Forces of Tirana.
