Serbian Minister Reacts after Kosovo Removed Banners in Zveçan

The Kosovo authorities have removed all the banners in Zveçan, where there were photos of the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, and the Russian president, Vladimir Putin.

The reaction of Serbia after this action has not been delayed, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ivica Dacic, who says that these actions by the government of Kosovo endanger the Serbs there, including the decision to ban the Serbian dinar.

"Kosovo PM Albin Kurti will have a million ideas to highlight something he doesn't have, which is citizenship. His idea is to move to new escalations", Dacic claimed on the television service of the Serbian government "TV Pink".

He claimed that, "just like someone who needs proof because everyone knows that it is the opposite, Kosovo also wants to write the Republic of Kosovo everywhere".

"Even on the ballots, they wrote the Republic of Kosovo to prove that they have a state. The problem is that the international community tolerates this and says that they cannot put pressure on Kurti. Well, they can't do anything", added the Serbian minister.

He also claimed that "the situation regarding Kosovo is murky", and that "they should have a state policy that will be based on preserving the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Serbia".

"We need a wise policy that will be based on the fact that we will not recognize Kosovo's independence and will not "allow" its membership in the UN, and on the other hand have a wise policy to achieved all this without harming the national interests and I think that this is the policy that will be led by our future government", claimed Dacic.
