Shkodra's Massacre, Two Declared Wanted Surrendered to Police
Two men, suspected to be involved in the Shkodra's massacre with four victims, Izmir Sakica and Samuel Troshani surrendered this Wednesday to police.
Accompanied by their lawyer, Sokol Tahiraj, they appeared at police commissariat, as they were among them accused for being involved in the massacre in Dobrac of Shkodra where died four people, Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati, and a couple who was passing nearby.
Sakica and Troshani were declared wanted for this event and police informed that the security measure 'prison arrest' was imposed after they surrendered to police.
